Pricing Policy:

Please note that as we’re based in the UK, our site shows all prices inclusive of VAT. Registered website customers from countries where VAT is not applicable will not be charged VAT at the time of their order unless the order is being sent to a UK or EU address.

Returns/Guarantees Policy:

Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty when you receive them, our policy is simple, please call Customer Services on 0845 606 0373 and we will arrange a replacement.

Change of heart
If the item you have purchased is not suitable for your requirement, or you have simply changed your mind, please call our customer services team on 0845 606 0373 who will discuss with you your options.

Unfortunately it is not always possible to return goods.  The majority of Triple S products are manufactured to order and therefore cannot simply be put back onto the shelf.
If Triple S agrees to accept any goods for return the buyer may be subject to a 20% handling fee.

Items lost in transit
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery.

Guarantee
All lockers, cabinets and shelving are guaranteed for a period of 1 year.  We will repair/replace under this guarantee any breakdowns which occur within this period, providing the fault is due to product failure and not consumer mis-use.

The mobile and rotary products will have a 1 year guarantee period if the product is installed by Triple S engineers.

Complaints Procedure:
Triple S takes its relationships with customers very seriously, and we make a great deal of effort ensuring that we keep you happy. We aim to reply to emails within two working days of receipt, whether they’re enquiries or, heaven forbid, complaints. If email is too impersonal, we encourage you to phone us on 0845 606 0373, where our customer service team will gladly be of assistance. All your feedback is appreciated.

• The product (s) you ordered being unavailable
